FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use DHL, FedEx & Indian Post service for the Shipping fulfilment. DHL & FedEx are express service whereas the Indian Post Service takes take more time to deliver.

Shipping charges are notified to the buyer once the order is placed. This can be pay by PayPal.

We ship the order within the 2 Working days time after the shipping charges are received.

After the order is shipped we notify you with the tracking number and the Courier company name through the email/text message/WhatsApp message.

Once the order is shipped the delivery address cannot be changed. If the buyer changes or want to change the delivery address after shipping there will be extra charges for it.

Goods returned back to us in India due to buyers’ non availability at the address, unclaimed or refused delivery or wrong address filled in form by buyer. In this case the buyer has to pay the charges for restocking the goods and also the courier charges charged by the Courier to bring the goods back. Reshipping will have the extra charges also.

Delivery of order gets delay due to the unforeseen lags by the courier companies or because of the customer response. We harekrishnadas.com will not be responsible in this case.

We are committed to deliver the goods to the customers in time and in good condition. However We have only limited liability in case of loss of goods in transit.

For some countries, if there is requirement the carrier will have to get the Customs clearance for your goods. Any additional charges/taxes lived in this process will be charged to the customer. We suggest the customer to be aware of his/her country custom charges. If the customer is not able to clear the goods within the stipulated time in such case the goods are destroyed by customs or the goods are returned back to us in such case the customer are liable for charges like custom expenses and the courier charge by Carrier company in bringing the goods back to us. No refund will be made in such above cases.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within India will be processed within 2 working days through a domestic courier company.

No extra shipping charges in case of Domestic orders.
